August 13, during the Second International Buddhist Forum “Traditional Buddhism and Modern Challenges,” Aldar Damdinov, Chairman of the Buddhist Education Consortium and Rector of the Buryat State University named after Dorzhi Banzarov, signed agreements with Oksana Martynenko, Rector of the Zabaikal State University, and Elena Perova, Rector of the East Siberian State Institute of Culture.
